End User License Agreement
Whenever you download or use a Atlas Studio, LLC. application this Atlas Studio, LLC. App End User License Agreement (“License”) applies to you. This License also incorporates by reference the Atlas Studio, LLC. Terms of Service (“Terms”) and governs your use of the Atlas Studio, LLC. application and related user documentation (the “App”).
We know everyone hates reading legal documents but please read this one. By downloading and/or using an App, you are agreeing to this License. If you don’t agree with any of these terms, you cannot download or use our Apps.
1. Changes to this License
We reserve the right to change all or part of the License at any time. If we do that, we will post the changed terms to the same web page as the old terms. IF YOU CONTINUE TO USE AN APP AFTER WE POST CHANGED TERMS, THAT USE WILL CONSTITUTE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGED TERMS.
2. Changes to the Apps, Services and/or Fees
We are constantly evolving our products. This means we may change or discontinue an App (and/or our website and any of our other services) without notice or liability to you. We may decide to charge (or charge more) for an App and/or services that integrate with an App.
3. License Grant
Subject to the restrictions this License, Atlas Studio, LLC. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited license to download, install and use in object code form a single copy of the App on each of your devices (e.g., your mobile phone, PDA, computer). Any attempt to use the App other than as permitted by this License will immediately terminate the license.
Except for the rights explicitly granted in this License, Atlas Studio, LLC. retains all right, title and interest (including all intellectual property rights) in the Apps, including the copies of the App on your devices.
Atlas Studio, LLC. may use third-party software that is subject to open source and/or third-party license terms. You are subject to those terms.
4. License Restrictions
You may not:
• rent, lease, sublicense, sell, assign, loan, or otherwise transfer the App, your copy of the App or any of your rights and obligations under this License;
• remove or destroy any copyright notices or other proprietary markings on the App;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify or adapt the App, merge the App into another program, or create derivative works of the App;
• copy or distribute the App;
• use the App in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with this License.
You may print copies of any user documentation provided in online or electronic form for your personal use.
This License will terminate automatically upon the earlier of: (a) your failure to comply with any term of this License (whether or not we inform you of this termination); (b) you deleting the App(s) from your devices; and (c) if your are using the App(s) in connection with a paid service, the end of the time period specified at time of purchase. In addition, Atlas Studio, LLC. may terminate this License at any time, for any reason or no reason. If this License terminates, you must stop using the App(s) and delete them from your devices.
You are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable laws and regulations and your own contractual obligations to third parties.
8. Transmission of Data/Updates
Use of an App may involve the transmission of data over the Internet to Atlas Studio, LLC. and to and from third parties. For the sake of copy protection, a valid activation might be verified automatically by the App from time to time. If you elect to receive automatic updates, we will push updates to your devices but we will always notify you first.
Certain of the product and service names used in this License and in the App may constitute trademarks of Atlas Studio, LLC. or third parties. You are not authorized to use any such trademarks. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
10. Export Controls
You agree not to export, re-export or use an App except as explicitly authorized by United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which you obtained your App license. If you download the App in the United States, you may not export or re-export App to any U.S. embargoed country or to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals or U.S. Department of Commerce’s Denied Person’s List or Entity List. By using App, you represent and warrant that you are not located in any such country or on any such list. You also agree that you will not use App for any purposes prohibited by United States law, including without limitation, the development, design, manufacture or production of nuclear missiles or chemical or biological weapons.
11. U.S. Government End Users
App is defined as Commercial Items, as defined by 48 C.F.R. article 2.101 and consists of Commercial Computer App and Commercial Computer App Documentation as used in 48 C.F.R. article 12.212 or 48 C.F.R. article 227.7202. App is being licensed to U.S. Government end users only as Commercial Items, consistent with 48 C.F.R. article 12.212 or 48 C.F.R. article 227.7202-1 through 227.7202-4 as applicable, and with only the same rights granted to all other end users in the terms and conditions of this License. All unpublished rights are reserved under the copyright laws of the United States and international Licenses.
The Terms and this License are the entire agreement between you and Atlas Studio, LLC. relating to the Apps and they supersede all prior oral or written communications and representations with respect to any App or any other subject matter covered by this License.

Data collection and processing
Atlas Studio, LLC. collects data from your phone to provide you with an easy way to track how and where you move in your everyday life. When you install, run or use our services we collect:
Location. Our system starts to collect location data from sources such as GPS, Wi-Fi and cell towers once you install the App and consent to the App’s tracking your location. We also collect Accelerometer samples, Wi-Fi network IDs, activity data, and places you identify with the Services. You may choose to stop our collection of location data through the Settings that we provide in the App, or by removing the App from your phone.
Information you provide. If you choose to create an account, you provide us your email and a password. You may also provide other information such as your gender, height, weight, and birth year in order to use all of the App’s features.
Information from your device. This includes information about your operating system, device identifier, carrier, language, battery performance, wi-fi or other network connections, or other data that you permit the App to access on your device including through permissions on your device (e.g. Google Play on Android).
Communications with us. If you communicate with us, we collect the information and content you provide to us, including personally identifying information such as your name, email or other contact information. You can provide anonymous feedback by using an email account that does not reveal your identity.
How we use information
We process and use the information we collect about you in a variety of ways. The primary purpose is to provide you with an easy way to track how and where you move in your everyday life. We upload your information from your device over a secured connection to our servers in order to analyze the data and identify your activities, routes and places. Results are sent back to your phone over a secured connection so that you can view and interact with them, and they are stored on our servers. If you label a place, such as your home or work, or change an activity type, we also collect and store that information.
Other ways we use your data include to develop aggregated analyses and reports that help us improve our algorithms, measure and understand how our Services are used, and to develop new products, services and features such as by recognizing popular activities, routes, areas and places. We also use your information to communicate with you, such as by sending you notifications and service-related messages, or by responding to your requests and questions.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Sharing data with third parties
To provide and support the services we provide to you, information we collect and receive may be disclosed to third parties in and out of the European Economic Area as (i) described in this policy, (ii) if you otherwise give your consent, or (iii) if the disclosure is legally required.
If you choose to use any of the third party apps or services that use the Atlas Studio, LLC. API, you may consent to the disclosure of your information to those third parties.
We may disclose information about you or your use of our Services to service providers or other partners that work on our behalf to support our business (e.g. information processing and storage, provide place recommendations, map thumbnails, and measuring the performance of our App).
We may share information, including personally identifying information, with our Affiliates (companies that are part of our corporate groups of companies, including but not limited to Facebook) to help provide, understand, and improve our Services.
We may access, use, preserve, and share your information, including your personally identifying information, with third parties when we have a good faith belief that it is necessary to: detect, prevent and address fraud and other illegal activity; protect ourselves, you and others, including as part of investigations; or prevent death or imminent bodily harm. We may also share such information if we believe that you have abused your rights to use the Services or violated an applicable law, or in connection with any dispute between you and us with respect to the Services.
If we sell all or part of our business, make a sale or transfer of assets, are otherwise involved in a merger or business transfer, or in the event of bankruptcy, we may disclose and transfer your personally identifying information to one or more third parties as part of that transaction.
We may also generally disclose aggregate or anonymous information where reasonable steps have been taken to ensure the data does not contain your personally identifying information.
The security of our systems
We use third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to provide the service. These may be located at destinations outside the European Economic Area. By submitting your personally identifying information, you agree to this. We use commercially reasonable physical and technical safeguards to secure your data. We encrypt the communication channels using SSL. However, we cannot guarantee the security of your data, which may be compromised by unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors.
Your access to the data
You may download a copy of your Atlas Studio, LLC. information using the tool we provide on our website by signing in with your email and account.
Data retention and deletion
As a game company, we build games for all ages. We do not collect information pertaining to a minor's identity. We may however, collect anonymous data to improve gameplay for the user.
